At Temporis Legal Recruitment, we are partnering up with the amazing The Laura Crane Youth Cancer Trust who are the only UK charity funding medical research specifically into cancer affecting teenagers and young adults. We chose to support this amazing local cause and are going to be fundraising in different ways throughout this year, so please keep a look out for any updates!
So, how are we kick starting our Temporis Team fundraising, by hiking (and in some cases running) the highest point in the British Isles (excluding the Scottish Highlands).
That’s right, Team Temporis are taking on Mount Snowdon!
On Saturday the 4th June, come rain or snow (it is England and the weather can be extremely unpredictable) our team including Resourcers, Consultants, Finance team and Directors will be doing their bit to help raise funds for such an excellent cause. Walking boots are being worn in, preparations arranged and logistics planned to make sure everyone does their bit to help a wonderful cause! We have people running the mountain, as people have requested this, so we are open to suggestions (within reason).
We are not asking for a lot, but anything you can donate to the cause would be greatly appreciated, any help you can give, whether large or small, means a lot and will help improve the quality of life for young cancer patients, both during and in the aftermath of their illnesses.
